Mark Dowling Chief Executive Officer With nearly 20 years of real estate and community development experience, Mark serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the nonprofit, Inland Valleys Association of REALTORS® or “IVAR”. With more than 4,000 members, IVAR is one of the largest REALTOR® associations in California, and ranked 75 largest nationally. At its core, IVAR provides a variety of support services that help its members be more competitive in the real estate marketplace.
