SB 1462 allows developers to keep buyer deposits for any reason. Even if the project is not completed.
End barriers to homeownership such as frivolous anti development lawsuits
Stop creating barriers to homeownership by imposing new taxes.
FEDERAL:
HR 5419 – Protects real estate agents ability to work as an Independent Contractor
HR 1321 – More Homes on Market Act – Doubles Capital Gains exclusion.
Incentivize homeownership by increasing the SALT cap (pre 2017 there was no cap)
VA Home loan – ensure that Veterans continue to have access to professional representation for VA home loans
