Clark Morrow is a retired law enforcement official with 25 years’ experience in school safety, youth issues, and public speaking. He has appeared nationwide for some of the most prestigious educational and school security organizations in the country. Morrow has received awards and commendations from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Dept, Public Affairs Division; the San Bernardino County Gangs & Drugs Task Force; the National Association of Counties; the School Safety Advocacy Council, the Association of California School Administrators; and many others. He is retired from the Board of Directors for the California Crime Prevention Officers Association, and from the Board of Directors for the California Association of School Resource Officers.
