Steve Ruffner has been president of KB Home’s Southern California division since 2003. Having been with KB Home over 20 years, he is a prominent, well-respected leader in the California homebuilding industry and currently runs the company’s largest geographic division in both the state and the company. Ruffner oversees all the division’s operations, including land acquisition, construction, purchasing, customer service, sales, marketing, and finance across eight counties, including San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, San Diego, Kern, Imperial, Ventura and Los Angeles.
