Andrew Truong spent nearly 15 years in higher education as contributing faculty for both the California State University and University of California systems. His academic portfolio included strategic management, operations and statistical analysis. He also served as administrator for graduate business programs at 2 local universities, and was instrumental in developing and delivering one of the first cooperative international MBA programs between an American University and that of Asian counterparts. He is now proprietor of 2 locations of The Kickin’ Crab in the Inland Empire and serves as executive managing officer for the chain in California and Texas. |
